I’m happy to have a bunch of performances in the Boston area this month — both “old” work & new — and I’m also looking forward to meeting some friendly faces when I teach at the American College Dance Festival at Boston University!
First, I’ll be presenting a blend of old and new work at the February installment of the Sunday Salon at The Dance Complex in Central Square, Cambridge. The show is at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 2nd, and if you’re not watching the Super Bowl, you should be there! Admission is only $10 for an evening of dance, poetry, music and more.
Then, I’m debuting the piece I created during the month of January at Boston’s celebrations of National Choreography Month — held at Green Street Studios on Friday, February 7th at 8:00 p.m. Come see what a number of local dancers choreographed in just 31 days! Tickets are just $10 for a diverse show of Boston dance talent.
I’m donning my producer’s cap for Heart and Sole, an evening of dynamic duets I’m presenting in honor of Valentine’s Day at The Regent Theatre in Arlington, on Saturday, February 15th at 8:00 p.m. Tap, ballet, modern, Latin fusion, classical Indian, flamenco — all performed in pairs! A 50% discount on tickets is available now! Get ’em while they last!
And finally, catch me at the Third Life Studio Choreographer Series on Friday, February 28th, performing with my basketball once again. The show is at 8:00 p.m. at the Third Life Studio in Somerville, and tickets are $12-$15 in advance and $20 at the door!
